• MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 19, 2005
  Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Approve the September 19, 2005 meeting minutes.
  
  
• CITY COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS
  On October 4, 2005, the City Council made appointments to the Community Development Citizens' Committee, Southwest Area and ratified the Chamber of Commerce representative on the Community Development Citizens' Committee. Staff will present the results of the appointment and ratification. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Receive and file.
  
  
• INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITIZENS' COMMITTEE, SOUTHEAST AREA, AND TECHNOLOGY WORKING GROUP
  The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board will interview applicants for the Community Development Citizens' Committee, Southeast Area, and for the Technology Working Group. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Interview applicants for the Community Development Citizens' Committee, Southeast Area, and Technology Working Group.
  
  
• COMMISSION/COMMITTEE APPLICATION
  The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board has requested to review and update the current commission/committee application form. Staff has included several commission/committee application examples of other public agencies for the Board's review. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Pleasure of the Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board.
  
  
• INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
  The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board has requested to develop commission-specific questions for the various City commissions/committees. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Pleasure of the Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board.
