REGULAR BUSINESS

1. RANK PLANNING COMMISSION CANDIDATES

   On Wednesday, March 9, 2005, the Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board interviewed Planning Commission candidates for two vacancies.

   Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk:

   Rank Planning Commission candidates and forward ranking list to the City Council.

2. INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION VACANCIES 3 POSITIONS

   The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board will interview applicants for three Community Services Commission vacancies.

   Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk:

   Interview Community Services applicants.

3. SET DATE AND TIME FOR COMMISSION/COMMITTEE INTERVIEWS

   Due to the number of commission and committee vacancies, additional dates and times will be necessary to complete commission/committee interviews.

   Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk:

   Set date and time for commission/committee interviews.
