REGULAR BUSINESS (Items 1 through 4) RANK COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION AND INVESTMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE CANDIDATESOn Thursday, March 10 and 17, 2005, the Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board interviewed Community Services Commission candidates for three vacancies, and on March 17, 2005, the Review Board interviewed Investment Advisory Committee candidates for two vacancies. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Rank Community Services Commission candidates and Investment Advisory Committee candidates, and forward ranking list to the City Council. MINUTES MARCH 9, 10, 16, and 17, 2005 Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Approve the March 9, 10, 16, and 17, 2005 meeting minutes. INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITIZENS COMMITTEE ONE VACANCY; BICYCLE USERS SUB-COMMITTEE ONE VACANCY; ARBORETUM COMMISSION TWO VACANCIES; LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES ONE VACANCY; AND ENERGY & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FIVE VACANCIES The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board will interview applicants for one Community Development Citizens Committee vacancy, one Bicycle Users Sub-Committee vacancy, two Arboretum Commission vacancies, one Library Board of Trustees vacancy, and five Energy & Resource Management Committee vacancies. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Interview applicants for the Community Development Citizens Committee, Bicycle Users Sub-Committee, Arboretum Commission, Library Board of Trustees, and Energy & Resource Management Committee. RANK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITIZENS COMMITTEE, BICYCLE USERS SUB-COMMITTEE, ARBORETUM COMMISSION, LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, ENERGY & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE , AND REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE CANDIDATES The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board has completed interviews for Community Development Citizens Committee (one vacancy), Bicycle Users Sub-Committee (one vacancy), Arboretum Commission (two vacancies), Library Board of Trustees (one vacancy), and Energy & Resource Management Committee (five vacancies). All Redevelopment Design Review Committee candidates applied for multiple commissions/committees and have previously been interviewed. Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Rank Community Development Citizens Committee, Bicycle Users Sub-Committee, Arboretum Commission, Energy & Resource Management Committee, Library Board of Trustees, and Redevelopment Design Review Committee candidates.
