City Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26 and 27, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.  It will reopen at 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30.

The Fullerton Main Library, 353 W. Commonwealth Ave., and the Hunt Branch Library, 201 S. Basque Ave., will be closed that Thursday and Friday.  The Main Library will reopen Saturday and Sunday.

The Main Library's normal operating hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday;  9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday;  and 1-5 p.m. Sunday.

Hunt Branch hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

The administrative offices at Fullerton Municipal Airport will be closed both Nov. 26 and 27;  however, airport operations will proceed as usual, and the Air Traffic Control Tower will remain open.

MG Disposal Systems, the city's trash contractor, will observe the Thanksgiving holiday, and will not make trash collections Nov. 26.  Thursday's collections should be set out on Friday, and Friday’s collections should be set out on Saturday.

The Fullerton Museum Center will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but will reopen Nov. 27.

On exhibit in the Museum’s Main Gallery will be “Cine-Saurus:  Dinosaurs in the Movies,” which offers a comprehensive overview of how dinosaurs have been depicted in the movies based on artistic portrayals, and on the scientific knowledge available at the time.

On exhibit in the Fender Gallery, named for music pioneer and Fullerton native Leo Fender, is “Solid Design:  Leo Fender’s Telecaster.”  The exhibit features numerous examples of Fender’s early creations.

The Fullerton Museum Center is located at 301 N. Pomona Ave., one block east of Harbor Boulevard, in downtown Fullerton.  Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday-Sunday, and noon-8 p.m. Thursday.

Persons requiring special accommodations to view the exhibits are asked to notify the museum staff at (714) 738-6545 prior to coming to the exhibit.
