Applications are being sought from citizens interested in filling a vacancy on the Fullerton Transportation and Circulation Commission.
The vacancy is for an unexpired term that will end Dec. 31, 2012.
The Transportation and Circulation Commission provides input to the Fullerton City Council on matters dealing with public transportation and circulation systems, facilities, policies, plans and programs within the city.
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
Applicants must be a Fullerton resident or must work in the city. Commission members serve on a voluntary basis, and there is no financial remuneration. Some commission and committee members may be required by state law to file conflict of interest disclosure statements.
Applications and further information may be obtained by calling the Fullerton City Clerk’s Office at (714) 738-6571, or by visiting the office on the first floor of Fullerton City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave.
Completed applications must be returned to the City Clerk’s Office.
