Fullerton Mayor Don Bankhead has announced that beginning Monday, Dec. 22, he will hold open office hours at City Hall for citizens who wish to meet with him to discuss issues of concern.
The mayor will be available to meet with citizens from 9-11 a.m. Mondays, and from 1-3 p.m. Thursdays.
Any citizen wishing to meet with the mayor to discuss city business can make an appointment by calling the City Council Office at Fullerton City Hall at (714) 738-6311.
The Mayor’s Office is located on the first floor of Fullerton City Hall, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave.
Persons requiring special accommodations to meet with the mayor are asked to notify the council staff when making an appointment.
Bankhead was elected mayor by his fellow councilmembers at the council’s Dec. 2 meeting.
The most senior member of the Fullerton City Council, Bankhead was has served on the council since 1988. He previously served as mayor in 2001-03, 1997-1998, and 1991-92, and as mayor pro tem in 20005-06, 2000-01, 1990-91, 1993-94, and 1995-97.
