Fullerton, CA - Northbound traffic on Harbor Blvd will be reduced to one lane starting Monday, October 22 for the construction of two staircases near the BNSF Railroad Bridge between Valencia Drive and Santa Fe Avenue. Upon completion, the new staircases will provide supplemental pedestrian access between the north and south train platforms at the Fullerton Train Station.

The work will last approximately six months with the utmost consideration given to minimize the impact on both the adjacent businesses as well as the public. At no time will any street be closed in its entirety during this construction and every effort will be taken to reduce the duration of construction

The City of Fullerton’s Engineering Department will work with its General Contractor, Bomel Construction Company Inc., on this project.

Any questions or concerns during construction should be directed to Steve Devine, Bomel’s Project Superintendent, at (714) 493-5748.

For questions concerning the project, please contact Yelena Voronel, Sr. Civil Engineer with the City of Fullerton, at (714) 738-6852.
